• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services
• Hosting solutions via our Caelix.net platform
• AI-powered development tools (Fluxlix, in development)

3. Use of Website

5. Service Agreements

Specific services may require a separate written agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

5.1 Consulting Services

Consulting services are provided based on agreed scope, timeline, and pricing. Changes to scope may result in adjusted fees.

5.2 Hosting Services (Caelix.net)

Hosting services are subject to separate terms available at caelix.net/terms. Service level agreements (SLAs) and uptime guarantees are specified in the hosting agreement.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

Service fees are specified in individual service agreements. All prices are in EUR or DKK unless otherwise stated and exclude VAT (moms).

6.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms are specified in service agreements. Standard terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Danish law. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality services using industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7.2 Website Disclaimer

This Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. For services involving data processing, we act as either a data controller or data processor as specified in the service agreement.

12. Termination

12.1 By Client

Clients may terminate services according to the terms specified in their service agreement. Some services may have minimum commitment periods.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees. We will provide reasonable assistance with data export for hosting services (subject to additional fees if applicable).

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, labor disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party services.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Caelix.net, Fluxlix). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15. Changes to Terms
